Máš hlad? Tak to máš kliku – Je tu jídlo námořníků. Můžeš se hodit do klidu – Nezabijem žádnou rybu! Jo a bacha, tyhle kulky jsou pěkně sytý…
Takže co budeme potřebovat na porci pro zhruba 2-3 lidi, podle toho, kdo je jaký žrout.
300 g čerstvého listového špenátu
200 g tofu natural
50 g polohrubé mouky (na koule) + na obalování
3 stroužky česneku (ber ten český – skvěle se hodí, i když nepoznal moře!)
Sůl, pepř a další koření dle chuti, např. oregáno
Cherry rajčátka
Bazalka čerstvá
Olivový olej
Vinný ocet
Postup
Nejdříve slijeme natrhaný špenátek vroucí vodou a necháme jej pár minutek odstát, nanejvýše tak čtyři, potom jej scedíme. Mezitím a také potom se vrhneme na tofu a sýr (ne svými ústy, prozatím). Tofu dáme do misky, rozňahňáme ho vidličkou a nastrouháme na něj kouřovej cheddar. A co dál? Vše smícháme se špenátem, přidáme mouku, namačkaný česnek, sůl, pepř a oregáno. Následující část přípravy je nejzajímavější, někomu může pěkně pocuchat nervy, stejně jako potrhané plachty námořníkovy lodi po tropické bouři na moři. O co jde? Prstíky se babláme v těstě a tvoříme kulky, ty pak pořádně poválíme v mouce – doporučuji dělat menší, páč se lépe smaží a nerozpadají se a tak. Kulky smažíme na Alsanu. Mezitím si nachystáme rajčatový salátek. Cherry rajčátka nakrájená na půlky zakápneme troškou olivového oleje a vinným octem, do toho naškubeme lístky všemocné ultimátní bazalky – vše, tak jako maelstrom, dobře promícháme. Na talířek hodíme kulky s rajčátky (a ultimátní bazalkou!) a můžeme začít baštit. Přejeme plnou pusu slin a námořnickejch kulek!
