Dušená kapusta s bramborem a mrkví
Tak jsem takhle dostala kapustu a přemýšlela jsem, co s ní…dušená kapusta se jevila, jako nejlepší možnost a opravdu, velice chutná záležitost…
Postup (tak 2-3 porce):
Potřeba bude kapusty (stačí čtvrtka), 3 větší brambory, 3 mrkve, 1 cibule, česnek, kmín, sůl, trocha octu, hladká mouka…
Nejdřív si oloupeme, nakrájíme brambory a mrkev, dáme vařit…Nakrájíme cibulku, osmahneme…mezitím krájíme kapustu, kterou přidáme k cibulce a chviličku smažíme…pak zalejeme vodou, vody nemusí být moc, stačí, aby kapusta byla do poloviny ponořená…osolíme, dáme kmít a dusíme…když je kapusta měkká, posypeme trochou hladký mouky, aby to nebylo tak řidký…přidáme trošku octa, necháme ještě chvilku povařit…nakonec přidáme stroužek česneku…
Uvařené brambory s mrkví slijeme a rozpatláme na takovou bramborovo-mrkvovou kaši, osolíme, dochutíme a podáváme s dušenou kapustou…

Já dusím společně , nejdříve dám dusit brambory na větší kostičky, mrkev na kolečka a až mrkev trošku změkne, přidám na nudličky pokrájenou kapustu a dodusím , osolím a opepřím. Zadělám jíškou, povařím a nakonec okyselím.
